Angela Schiappa studied at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota, Colombia where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts. Besides being a pastor at a nondenominational church, where she sought to spread the gospel through art, Angela aims to use acrylic paints and mixed media to portray the beauty of creation through an abstract lens.

Schiappa has been experimenting with acrylic on canvas since the early 1970s. Through her experimentation of different techniques and mediums, she began to define her own style in fluid art. This mercurial style allows Angela to create undefined, nameless shapes which metamorphosize into distinct and perceptible entities through her artistic process. Ultimately, the invisible reality of geometric abstract artwork integrates the improvisation of the freedom of abstract expressionism to produce hope and joy through the colors of her artworks.
