Spanish artist MENPO's incredible career spans realism, surrealism, abstraction, painting, sculpture, and all kinds of other works that are impossible to categorize. MENPO embraces the inherent drama in art, placing his subjects front and center, sometimes at extreme close-up and with a bare background to sharpen the focus. His eye is exceptionally detailed and his hand precise. He depicts the power and potential of emotion. Art critic, Mireia Guillaumens once called him "an artist of restless spirit", because of his keenness on experimentation and evolving his creative character.

MENPO was born in Catalonia, Spain, where he continues to live and work today. He has won several international awards for his work, including in France, Italy, and Spain. He was selected by an International Scientific Committee to represent Spain at the Biennial of Contemporary Art in Florence, Italy.
