Growing up in Santurce, Puerto Rico, Eduardo Cabrer was exposed to both Latin and American cultures. As a result, he took an interest in new locations and people, beginning to explore in order to gain new experiences that he could convey through his artwork.

Cabrer traveled, studied art, and later received his MFA from George Washington University. He is constantly searching for new mediums to develop with and learning new techniques that he can apply to his creative process. Today, Cabrer resides in his hometown with his wife and two daughters where he creates in his warehouse studio.
