Tina Louise Lambert recognizes the individuality every person possesses and strives to reflect this concept in her modern abstract art. Each contemporary acrylic pour piece she creates is truly one of a kind and is inspired by her zest for life and love of self-expression. Ms. Lambert encapsulates the interdependence among space, aesthetics, and balance via her natural creative process that brings each painting to life. She notices and develops visually appealing color combinations, only uses an odd number of colors to maintain balance, and incorporates the combinations in her free-flowing contemporary techniques that result in effervescent mixed media pieces.

Ms. Lambert’s acrylic pours project depth, hue, tonality, and movement. She uses gesso to prime a canvas, wooden substrate, clear acrylic, or clear resin surface before pouring paint upon the chosen base. Ms. Lambert then tilts the surface to achieve the aesthetic of balance and flow apparent in her work and allows the work to air dry. Resulting subtle fissures, bubbles, and flow ribbons become a part of the art and serendipitously underscore Ms. Lambert’s naturalistic and balanced artistic technique.
