The international photography coalition, Gurushots, will be making their debut New York City Premium Exhibition at Agora Gallery this year! GuruShots, based in Tel Aviv, is a digital platform that allows photographers from around the world to submit their work for a variety of thematic challenges, held regularly throughout the year. Winning pieces from each challenge are selected by a team of curators to be shown in the company’s Premium Exhibitions, which are held in major cities across the globe. Their February 2021 exhibition at Agora Gallery will feature over two concurring exhibitions from GuruShots, Photographer of the Year and My Favorite Shot, Visitors will be able to view these two remarkable collections of over 80 unique printed works submitted by photographers spanning over 30 different countries.
The company’s mission is not only to help their best photographers expand their careers and gain exposure to larger audiences, but also to motivate, challenge, and inspire aspiring photographers. GuruShots is an innovative company that is bringing the worlds or art and technology together in a truly unique way. Agora Gallery is thrilled to be a part of their journey.
The exhibition will run from February 11th - February 13 at Agora Gallery in Chelsea. There will be an opening reception on February 11th, from 6pm-9pm, where guests are invited to join some of the exhibiting artists for drinks and celebrations. The opening reception will also be featured on Facebook Live for those who wish to participate remotely.
