Attila Mata is a Hungarian-born sculptor whose work has been consistently evolving to reflect changing times and artistic growth. Throughout his career he has experimented with various materials, redefining what it means to be a sculptor in the world of contemporary art. After his studies at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts, Mata began his work using wood but has since employed bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, and acrylic resin for his designs. Through these mediums he aims to express his joy in life’s consistency of changes. His lively sculptures are intriguing and thought-provoking. Each of his innovative pieces elicits a genuine opinion from the viewer and leaves a lasting impression.
